We want you to love your Mure + Grand finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all accessories, jewelry, and sale items are final sale to ensure the highest quality for our community.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the items are in new condition.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
